With the change from ver.
2.x to 3.0, The Mormon Church decided to write their own genealogy program,
rather than having someone else do it for them. As a result, they
no longer have to pay royalties to the software author, and the price has
been reduced from the old $35 to "cost".
Make no mistake -- don't
be fooled -- despite its low price, it's comparable to other programs costing
$150 and up. Having switched from PAF 2.2 to 3.0, I'm really happy
with the new look and new features. When you consider what you get
for so little money, it's a "steal"! I recommend it to anyone who
doesn't have a "genie" program, or is thinking of upgrading from their
old program. At this price, how can you go wrong?
